This proportion of raw materials is the responsibility of the raw material supplier, and the manufacturer will control it according to the raw material supplier to meet our requirements.

  Production of hair head (with a hairless head shape)

  After the selection and proportion of the wool are determined, the workshop workers organize the wool on the table and place it in a transparent hair shaping container (note: the hair peak is facing downwards to fix the hair shape). They pick it up and put it down, repeatedly shaking it 6-8 times until the hair shape is formed. Different shapes and sizes of hair will use different types of hair shaping containers.

  Production of hair (mouth tube assembly hair)

  After the hair shape is wrapped, tie the hair with fine wool and wrap it in a circular plastic sleeve mold. Use the plastic sleeve mold to introduce the hair into the mouth tube, maintain the well wrapped hair shape, and then use the tail of a cotton swab to push the hair head out of the mouth tube. Then, use a machine to tie the mouth tube until it is molded, and the hair head is fixed in the mouth tube.
